First, a homeowner writes a letter on Shame the Banks. The financial institution involved will have 10 days to respond on Shame the Banks. If there is no response, then the sister site, Swarm the Banks, will ask its phone force to begin calling the financial institution in question, and the calls won't stop until a resolution is reached.
